The device supplies 1A output current with 145mV n Adjustable Output (V = V = 200mV) typical dropout voltage. The LT3022 is ideal for low input REF OUT(MIN) n Fixed Output Voltages: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V voltage to low output voltage applications, providing n Stable with Low ESR, Ceramic Output Capacitors comparable electrical efficiency to a switching regulator. (10F Minimum) The regulator optimizes stability and transient response n 0.05% Typical Load Regulation from 1mA to 1A with low ESR ceramic output capacitors as small as 10F. n Quiescent Current: 400A Typical Other LT3022 features include 0.05% typical line regulation n 7.5A Typical Quiescent Current in Shutdown and 0.05% typical load regulation.
