LT3060 Series 45V V , Micropower, IN Low Noise, 100mA Low Dropout, Linear Regulator Fea T Descrip T n Input Voltage Range: 1.6V to 45V The LT 3060 series are micropower, low dropout voltage n Output Current: 100mA (LDO) linear regulators that operate over a 1.6V to 45V n Quiescent Current: 40A input supply range. The devices supply 100mA of output n Dropout Voltage: 300mV current with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. A single n Low Noise: 30V (10Hz to 100kHz) external capacitor provides programmable low noise RMS n Adjustable Output: V = 600mV reference performance and output soft-start functional- REF n Fixed Output Voltages: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, ity. The LT3060s quiescent current is merely 40A and 5V, 15V provides fast transient response with a minimum 2.2F n Output Tolerance: 2% Over Line, Load and output capacitor. In shutdown, quiescent current is less Temperature than 1A and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset. n Single Capacitor Soft-Starts Reference and Lowers The LT3060 regulators optimize stability and transient Output Noise response with low ESR, ceramic output capacitors. n Shutdown Current: < 1A The regulators do not require the addition of ESR as is n Reverse Battery Protection common with other regulators. n Current Limit Foldback Protection n Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery Thermal Limit Protection n protection, reverse-output protection, reverse-current 8-Lead 2mm 2mm 0.75mm DFN and 8-Lead protection, current limit with foldback and thermal ThinSOT Packages shutdown.
