LT3061 45V V , Micropower, IN Low Noise, 100mA LDO with Output Discharge Fea T Descrip T n Input Voltage Range: 1.6V to 45V The LT 3061 is a micropower, low dropout (LDO) linear n Output Current: 100mA regulator that operates over a 1.6V to 45V supply range. n Output Discharge The device supplies 100mA of output current with a typi- n Quiescent Current: 45A cal dropout voltage of 250mV. A single external capacitor n Dropout Voltage: 250mV provides programmable low noise reference performance n Low Noise: 30V (10Hz to 100kHz) and output soft-start functionality. The LT3061s quiescent RMS n Adjustable Output (V = 600mV) current is merely 45A and provides fast transient response REF n Output Tolerance: 2% Over Load, Line, and with a minimum 3.3F output capacitor. In shutdown, Temperature quiescent current is less than 3A and the reference soft n Single Capacitor Soft-Starts Reference and Lowers start capacitor is reset.
