LT3062 Series 45V V , Micropower, IN Low Noise, 200mA LDO Fea T Descrip T n Input Voltage Range: 1.6V to 45V The LT 3062 is a micropower, low dropout (LDO) linear n Output Current: 200mA regulator that operates over a 1.6V to 45V supply range n Quiescent Current: 45A and is available in a series of fixed output and adjustable n Dropout Voltage: 300mV versions. The device supplies 200mA of output current n Low Noise: 30V (10Hz to 100kHz) with a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. A single external RMS n Adjustable Output (V = 600mV) capacitor provides programmable low noise reference REF n Fixed Output Voltages: 3.3V, 5V performance and output soft-start functionality. The n Output Tolerance: 2% Over Load, Line, and LT3062s quiescent current is merely 45A and provides Temperature fast transient response with a minimum 3.3F output n Single Capacitor Soft-Starts Reference and Lowers capacitor. In shutdown, quiescent current is less than 1A Output Noise and the reference soft start capacitor is reset. n Shutdown Current: < 1A The LT3062 optimizes stability and transient response n Reverse Battery Protection with low ESR, ceramic output capacitors. The LT3062 n Current Limit Foldback and Thermal Limit Protection does not require the addition of ESR as is common with n 8-Lead 2mm 3mm DFN and MSOP Packages other regulators.
