POWER LOSS (mW) LT3483/LT3483A Inverting Micropower DC/DC Converters with Schottky FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Internal 40V Schottky Diode The LT 3483/LT3483A are micropower inverting DC/DC n One Resistor Feedback (Other Resistor Inside) converters with integrated Schottky and one resistor n Internal 40V, 200mA/400mA Power Switch feedback. The small package size, high level of integration n Generates Regulated Negative Outputs to 38V and use of tiny surface mount components yield a solution 2 n Low Quiescent Current: size as small as 40mm . The devices feature a quiescent 40A in Active Mode current of only 40A at no load, which further reduces <1A in Shutdown Mode to 0.1A in shutdown. A current limited, fixed off-time n Low V Switch: 200mV at 150mA control scheme conserves operating current, resulting CESAT n Wide Input Range: 2.5V to 16V in high efficiency over a broad range of load current.
