The high 2MHz 4% LED Current Matching switching frequency permits the use of tiny, low pro le n 16 Independent LED Channels inductors and capacitors. A xed frequency, current mode TM n 5000:1 True Color PWM Dimming Range architecture results in stable operation over a wide range n LEDs Disconnected in Shutdown of supply and output voltage. n Internal Schottky Diodes A single external resistor sets the LED current for all sixteen n 2MHz Switching Frequency channels, and dimming is then controlled for each chan- n R Pin Sets Master LED Current SET nel by pulse width modulating the individual PWM pins. n Typical Ef ciency: 92% LED current accuracy is 7%, channel-to-channel current n Open LED Detection and Thermal Protection matching is 4% and the PWM dimming range is 5000:1. n 56-Pin 5mm 9mm 0.75mm QFN Package The part is available in a 5mm 9mm 0.75mm 56-pin QFN package.
