The LT3650EMSE-8.4#PBF is a state-of-the-art, monolithic battery management high voltage 2 amp dual cell Li-Ion battery charger manufactured by Analog Devices Inc. This IC features an adjustable input current limit, adjustable charge voltage, temperature controlled current limits, cell type adjustable charge terminate, and an integrated N-channel power MOSFET. It offers constant voltage and constant current charging, providing up to 2 A of current to the Li-ion cell. Additionally, the IC includes a high-frequency switching charge architecture that helps to minimize charge time, along with fault lockout features that guard against overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuiting.
