LT6604-2.5 Dual Very Low Noise, Differential Ampli er and 2.5MHz Lowpass Filter FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Dual Differential Ampli er with 2.5MHz Lowpass Filters The LT 6604-2.5 consists of two matched, fully differential 4th Order Filters ampli ers, each with a 4th order, 2.5MHz lowpass lter. The Approximates Chebyshev Response xed frequency lowpass lter approximates a Chebyshev Guaranteed Phase and Gain Matching response. By integrating a lter and a differential ampli- Resistor-Programmable Differential Gain er, distortion and noise are made exceptionally low. At n >86dB Signal-to-Noise (3V Supply, 1V Output) unity gain, the measured in-band signal-to-noise ratio is RMS n Low Distortion (1MHz, 1V Output, 800 Load) an impressive 86dB. At higher gains, the input referred RMS HD2: 92dBc noise decreases, allowing the part to process smaller HD3: 88dBc input differential signals without signi cantly degrading n Speci ed for Operation with 3V, 5V and 5V Supplies the signal-to-noise ratio. n Fully Differential Inputs and Outputs Gain and phase are well matched between the two chan- n Adjustable Output Common Mode Voltage nels. Gain for each channel is independently programmed n Small 4mm 7mm 0.75mm QFN Package using two external resistors. The LT6604-2.5 enables level shifting by providing an adjustable output common mode voltage, making it ideal for directly interfacing to ADCs. APPLICATIONS The LT6604-2.5 is fully speci ed for 3V operation.
