LT8604 High Efficiency 42V/120mA Synchronous Buck FEATURES DESCRIPTION n High Efficiency 2MHz Synchronous Operation The LT 8604 is a compact, high speed synchronous n > 90% Efficiency at 50mA, 12V to 5V monolithic step-down switching regulator that delivers up IN OUT n Ultralow Quiescent Current Burst Mode Operation to 120mA with high efficiency at constant switching fre- n < 2.5A I Regulating 24V to 3.3V quency, even up to 2.2MHz.
