The LTC1065CSW#PBF is part of the LTC1065/LTC1065C family of high-accuracy, low-power CMOS voltage-to-frequency converter (VFC) ICs from Analog Devices. The device has a low-power CMOS architecture, an adjustable frequency range of 1Hz to MHz, and provides additional functionality such as open-collector outputs, adjustable reference input, variable gain range, digital logic, etc. It is offered in a RoHS-compliant 14-lead SOIC package. The IC includes an on-chip temperature-compensation PLL and temperature-compensated reference, and can achieve 0.1% initial accuracy, plus 0.02%/VCO accuracy over all operating conditions.
