The LTC1147LIS8#PBF is a high efficiency, low voltage switching voltage regulator manufactured by Analog Devices. It offers an adjustable output voltage range from 0.6V to 12V. The regulator features an adjustable current limit to protect against output current overloads, and can provide a high efficiency of up to 94%. It also offers a maximum output power of 250 mA and can operate at switching frequencies up to 550 kHz.
