LTC1263 12V, 60mA Flash Memory Programming Supply DESCRIPTION FEATURES n The LTC 1263 is a regulated 12V, 60mA output DC/DC Guaranteed 60mA Output n converter. It provides the 12V 5% output necessary to Regulated 12V 5% Output Voltage n program double byte-wide flash memories. The output No Inductors n provides 60mA from input voltages as low as 4.75V Supply Voltage Range: 4.75V to 5.5V n without using any inductors. Only four external capacitors I 0.5A Typ in Shutdown CC n are required to complete an extremely small, surface Low Power: I = 300A CC n mountable circuit. The output can be momentarily shorted 8-Pin SO Package n to ground without damaging the part.
