DESCRIPTIO
Low Supply Current: 300A The LTC 1347 is a 3-driver/ 5-receiver RS232 transceiver
Five Receivers Kept Alive in Shutdown with very low supply current. In the no load condition, the
ESD Protection Over 10kV supply current is only 300A. The charge pump only
Operates from a Single 5V Supply requires four 0.1F capacitors.
Uses Small Capacitors: 0.1F
In Shutdown mode, all five receivers are kept alive and the
