LTC2965 100V Micropower Single Voltage Monitor Fea T Descrip T n Wide Operating Range: 3.5V to 100V The LTC 2965 is a low current, high voltage single chan- n Wide Monitoring Range: 3.5V to 98V nel voltage monitor. Internal high value resistors sense n Quiescent Current: 7A the input monitor pin providing a compact and low power n Adjustable Threshold Range solution for voltage monitoring. Two comparator reference n Internal High Value Resistive Dividers inputs (INH and INL) are included to allow configuration of n 1.4% (Max) Threshold Accuracy Over Temperature a high and low threshold using an external resistive divider n Polarity Selection biased from the on-chip reference. A range selection pin n 100V Rated Outputs is provided to set the internal resistive divider for 10x or n Selectable Built-In Hysteresis 40x scaling. The thresholds are scaled according to the n 16-Lead MS and 8-Lead 3mm 3mm DFN Packages range selection settings. Additionally, either INH or INL can be grounded to enable built-in hysteresis. Polarity a T selection pin allows the output to be inverted.
