The LTC3110IUF#PBF is a high performance switching voltage regulator with 2A bidirectional buck-boost DC/DC regulator and charger/balancer manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed for use with lithium-ion (Li-Ion) and other rechargeable battery packs used in portable electronics. This IC features wide input voltage range, low quiescent current, and low voltage operation, up to 0.5V. It also features programmable operating modes which allow it to be configured for buck-boost, flyback, and buck/boost/buck configurations. The LTC3110IUF#PBF offers advanced features such as feed-forward operation, programmable switch-off and balancing/charging control. By using the integrated Reset Comparator, it can also provide protection against over-charging and over-discharging of the batteries. Additionally, it has a 2.25V ±2% reference voltage and an adjustable 0.5mA to 3000mA output current.
