The LTC3309AIV#TRMPBF with Switching Voltage Regulators 6A, Low Vltg Synch Step-Down Buck in 2x2 manufactured by Analog Devices is a high efficiency, low voltage synchronous buck switching regulator. It provides up to 6A of continuous output current and includes a precision internal Reference voltage with greater than 1% accuracy under all operating conditions. Additionally, it features an inverted output state enabling simplified synchronous designs and the capability to drive an external low side switch for greater efficiency. The integrated switch enables a single external inductor for cost optimization and a cycle-by-cycle current limit. Other features include thermal protection, dual-mode operation, selectable PWM/PFM switching frequency, low noise operation, and small size and weight.
