LTC3376 20V, 4-Channel Buck DC/DC with 8x Configurable 1.5A Power Stages FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Wide V Range: 3V to 20V The LTC 3376 is a highly flexible multioutput power IN n Wide V Range: 0.4V to 0.83 V supply IC. The device includes four synchronous buck OUT IN n 8 1.5A Buck Power Stages Configurable as 1 to 4 converters, configured to share eight 1.5A power stages, powered from independent 3V to 20V inputs. The DC/DCs Output Channels n are assigned to one of fifteen power configurations via pin 15 Unique Pin Selectable Output Configurations strappable CFG0 to CFG3 pins. The LTC3376 includes the (1.5A to 12A per Channel) n integration of ceramic capacitors into the package for the Internal Boost Capacitors for Reduced PCB Space n BST pins thereby saving PCB space. The common buck No Load I 27A 1 Buck Enabled 42A All Bucks Q switching frequency may be programmed with an external Enabled n resistor, synchronized to an external oscillator, or set to a 1% V Accuracy on All Channels OUT n default internal 2MHz clock. Peak Current Mode Control (Burst Mode Operation/Forced Continuous) The operating mode for all DC/DCs may be programmed n Precision RUN Inputs, Individual PGOOD Outputs for via the SYNC/MODE pin for Burst Mode or forced continu- Power Sequencing ous mode operation.
