High V Start-Up Voltage: 700mV efficiency synchronous rectification, in addition to a 700mV IN 1.6V to 5.25V V Range start-up voltage and operation down to 500mV once OUT Up to 94% Efficiency started, provides longer run time for single or multiple Output Disconnect cell battery-powered products. 1MHz Fixed Frequency Operation A switching frequency of 1MHz minimizes solution V > V Operation IN OUT footprint by allowing the use of tiny, low profile induc - Integrated Soft-Start tors and ceramic capacitors. The current mode PWM is Current Mode Control with Internal Compensation internally compensated, simplifying the design process. Burst Mode Operation with 12A Quiescent Current The LTC3528 enters Burst Mode operation at light loads, (LTC3528) while the LTC3528B features continuous switching at light Low Noise PWM Operation (LTC3528B) loads. Anti-ringing circuitry reduces EMI by damping the Internal Synchronous Rectifier inductor in discontinuous mode. Additional features include Logic Controlled Shutdown: <1A a low shutdown current, open-drain power good output, Anti-Ringing Control short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection.
