This mixer can be used for either n Up or Downconversion upconverting or downconverting applications, and provides n OIP3: +20dBm at 3.6GHz Out a nominal conversion gain of 1dB. The differential input is n Conversion Gain: +1dB optimized for use with a 1:1 transmission-line balun, the n Low LO Drive: 4dBm to +2dBm input is 50 broadband matched from 30MHz to 7GHz. n LO Impedance Match Maintained During Shutdown The LO can be differential or single-ended and requires n Enable Control, 10A Shutdown Current only 1dBm of LO power to achieve excellent distortion n 2kV ESD (HBM and CDM) and noise performance.
