The wideband IF output uses n Wideband Differential IF Output external resistors to set the output impedance, allowing n Very Low 2 2 and 3 3 Spurs the flexibility to match directly into differential IF loads, n IF Frequency Range Up to 1.5GHz such as filters and amplifiers. The part is characterized n Low LO-RF Leakage and specified with a 100 differential output impedance, n LO Input 50 Matched when Shutdown although it can be used with output impedances ranging n 40C to 105C Operation (T ) from 50 to 400, with higher gain and reduced IIP3 C n Very Small Solution Size and P1dB at the higher impedance levels. The IF output n 16-Lead (4mm 4mm) QFN package is usable up to 1.5GHz.
