LTC6087/LTC6088 Dual/Quad 14MHz, Rail-to-Rail CMOS Amplifiers FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Low Offset Voltage: 750V Maximum The LTC 6087/LTC6088 are dual/quad, low noise, low n Low Offset Drift: 5V/C Maximum offset, rail-to-rail input/output, unity-gain stable CMOS n Input Bias Current: operational amplifiers that feature 1pA of input bias current. 1pA (Typical at 25C) A 14MHz gain bandwidth and 7.2V/s slew rate, combined 15pA (Typical at 85C) with low noise (10nV/Hz) and a low 0.75mV offset, make n Rail-to-Rail Inputs and Outputs the LTC6087/LTC6088 useful in a variety of applications. n Gain Bandwidth Product: 14MHz The 1.05mA supply current and the shutdown mode are n CMRR: 70dB Minimum ideal for signal processing applications which demand n PSRR: 93dB Minimum performance with minimal power. n Input Noise Voltage Density: 12nV/Hz The LTC6087/LTC6088 has an output stage which swings n Supply Current: 1.05mA per Amp within 30mV of either supply rail to maximize signal dy- n Shutdown Current: 2.3A per Amp namic range in low supply applications.
