LTC6363 Family Precision, Low Power Differential Amplifier/ADC Driver Family FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Available with User Settable Gain or Fixed-Gain The LTC 6363 family consists of four fully differential, of 0.5V/V, 1V/V, or 2V/V low power, low noise amplifiers with rail-to-rail outputs n 2.9nV/Hz Input-Referred Noise optimized to drive SAR ADCs. The LTC6363 is a standalone n 2mA Maximum Supply Current differential amplifier, where the gain is typically set using n 45ppm Max Gain Error four external resistors. The LTC6363-0.5, LTC6363-1, and n 0.5ppm/C Max Gain Error Drift LTC6363-2 each have internal matched resistors to create n 94dB Min CMRR fixed gain blocks with gains of 0.5V/V, 1V/V, and 2V/V n 100V Max Offset Voltage respectively. Each of the fixed-gain amplifiers features n 50nA Max Input Offset Current precision laser trimmed on-chip resistors for accurate, n Fast Settling: 720ns to 18-Bit, 8V Output ultrastable gain and excellent CMRR.
