The LTM4601A LGA and BGA Redundant Mounting Pads for Enhanced Solder- packages are designed with redundant mounting pads to Joint Strength n enhance solder-joint strength for extended temperature Parallel Multiple Modules for Current Sharing n cycling endurance. Operating over an input voltage range Differential Remote Sensing for Precision of 4.5V to 20V, the LTM4601A supports an output voltage Regulation (LTM4601A Only) n range of 0.6V to 5V as well as output voltage tracking PLL Frequency Synchronization and margining. The high efficiency design delivers 12A n 1.5% Total DC Error continuous current (14A peak). Only bulk input and output n Current Foldback Protection (Disabled at Start-Up) capacitors are needed to complete the design. n Pb-Free RoHS Compliant Package Gold Finish LGA (e4) or SAC 305 BGA (e1) The low profile and light weight package easily mounts n UltraFast Transient Response on the back side of PC boards.
