The Module regulator n Up to 95% Efficiency at 5V , 3.3V IN OUT can be synchronized with an external clock for reducing n Programmable Soft-Start undesirable frequency harmonics and allows PolyPhase n Output Overvoltage Protection operation for high load currents. n Enhanced (15mm 15mm 2.82mm) Surface Mount An onboard differential remote sense amplifier can be used LGA and (15mm 15mm 3.42mm) BGA Packages to accurately regulate an output voltage independent of load current.
