LTM4620A Dual 13A or Single 26A DC/DC Module Regulator FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Dual 13A or Single 26A Output The LTM 4620A is a complete dual 13A, or single 26A out- n Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 16V put switching mode DC/DC power supply with wider V OUT n Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to 5.3V range and higher efficiency than the LTM4620. Included n 1.5% Maximum Total DC Output Error in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, n Multiphase Current Sharing with Multiple inductors and all supporting components. Operating from LTM4620As Up to 100A an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, the LTM4620A n Higher Efficiency and Wider V Range Than LTM4620 supports two outputs each with an output voltage range OUT n Differential Remote Sense Amplifier of 0.6V to 5.3V, set by a single external resistor. Its high n Current Mode Control/Fast Transient Response efficiency design delivers up to 13A continuous current n Adjustable Switching Frequency for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors n Overcurrent Foldback Protection are needed. n Frequency Synchronization The device supports frequency synchronization, mul- n Internal Temperature Monitor tiphase operation, Burst Mode operation and output n Output Overvoltage Protection voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an n Pin Compatible with the LTM4628 (Dual 8A) and onboard temperature diode for device temperature mon- LTM4620 (Dual 13A) itoring.
