POWER LOSS (W) LTM4644/LTM4644-1 Quad DC/DC Module Regulator with Configurable 4A Output Array FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Quad Output Step-Down Module Regulator with 4A The LTM 4644/LTM4644-1 is a quad DC/DC step-down per Output Module (micromodule) regulator with 4A per output. n Wide Input Voltage Range: 4V to 14V Outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 16A capabil- n 2.375V to 14V with External Bias ity. Included in the package are the switching controllers, n 0.6V to 5.5V Output Voltage power FETs, inductors and support components. Operating n 4A DC, 5A Peak Output Current Each Channel over an input voltage range of 4V to 14V or 2.375V to 14V n Up to 5.5W Power Dissipation (T = 60C, 200 LFM, with an external bias supply, the LTM4644/LTM4644-1 A No Heat Sink) supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V.
