POWER LOSS (W) LTM4648 Low V , 10A Step-Down IN Module Regulator FEATURES DESCRIPTION n 10A DC Output Current The LTM 4648 is a 10A low V step-down IN n Input Voltage Range: 2.375V to 5.5V DC/DC Module (micromodule) regulator. Included in n Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to 5V the package are the switching controller, power FETs, n No Heat Sink or Current Derating Up to 85C inductor and all support components. Operating over Ambient Temperature an input voltage range of 2.375V to 5.5V, the LTM4648 n 1.5% Maximum Total DC Output Error supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5V, set by a n Multiphase Operation with Current Sharing single external resistor. This high efficiency design delivers n Remote Sense Amplifier up to 10A continuous current. Only bulk input and output n Built-In Temperature Monitor capacitors are needed. n Selectable Pulse-Skipping Mode/Burst Mode High switching frequency and a current mode architecture Operation for High Efficiency at Light Load enable a very fast transient response to line and load n Soft-Start/Voltage Tracking changes without sacrificing stability.
