LTM8050 58V, 2A Step-Down Module Regulator FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Wide Input Voltage Range: 3.6V to 58V The LTM 8050 is a 58V , 2A step down Module (mi- IN (60V Absolute Maximum) cromodule) converter. Included in the package are the n Up to 2A Output Current switching controller, power switches, inductor and all n Parallelable for Increased Output Current support components. Operating over an input voltage n 0.8V to 24V Output Voltage range of 3.6V to 58V, the LTM8050 supports an output n Adjustable Switching Frequency: 100kHz to 2.4MHz voltage range of 0.8V to 24V and a switching frequency n Configurable as an Inverter range of 100kHz to 2.4MHz, each set by a single resistor. n Current Mode Control Only the bulk input and output filter capacitors are needed n Programmable Soft-Start to finish the design. n 9mm 15mm 4.92mm BGA Package The LTM8050 is packaged in a 9mm 15mm 4.92mm ball grid array (BGA) package suitable for automated APPLICATIONS assembly by standard surface mount equipment.
