The MAX14699 features a 100ns Integrated 38m (typ) n-Channel MOSFET Switch (typ) overvoltage response time to minimize voltage rise Fast 100ns (typ) Response Time on OUT during an overvoltage event. When the input volt- Flexible Design age exceeds the overvoltage threshold, the internal FET Adjustable Overvoltage-Protection Trip Level is quickly turned off to prevent damage to the protected Wide Adjustable OVLO Threshold Range from +4V downstream components. to +20V The overvoltage protection threshold can be adjusted with Preset Internal Accurate OVLO Threshold: 13.75V optional external resistors to any voltage between 4V and Microphone Mode for Microphone Signals on IN 20V.
