The MAX1480CCPI+ is an integrated wireless transceiver from Analog Devices. It is designed for use in 2.4 GHz Zigbee applications. The IC combines a 2.4 GHz low-IF transceiver, microcontroller, and dynamic power control on a single chip, reducing the bill of materials (BOM). The low-IF architecture allows the device to perform operations with minimal external components and low power consumption. The integrated microcontroller features a 32-bit processor core with 8 kB of instruction RAM and 4 kB of data RAM. It also includes an onboard 21-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The MAX1480CCPI+ supports a variety of data connection protocols, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee, Thread, and Z-Wave.
