EVALUATION KIT AVAILABLE MAX14900E Octal, High-Speed, Industrial, High-Side Switch General Description Benefits and Features The MAX14900E is an octal power switch that Low Power for High-Density Modules features per-channel configuration for high-side or push- 3mA (max) Total Supply Current pull operation. Low propagation delay, high-rate load- 165m (max) High-Side R at +125C ON switching makes the device suitable for next-generation Fast Switching Ideal for Accurate, High-Speed high-speed PLC systems. Each high-side switch sources Control Systems 850mA continuous current with a low 165m (max) 2s Propagation Delays (High-Side Mode) on-resistance at 500mA at T = +125C. The high-side A 0.8s Propagation Delays (Push-Pull Mode) switches feature 2s (max) input-to-output propagation 100kHz (max) Push-Pull Mode Switching Rate delay when driving resistive loads. Long cables can be Extensive Fault Feedback Eases Maintenance and driven with switching rates of up to 100kHz for PWM/PPO Reduces Installation Time control in push-pull operation. Multiple high-side switches Global and Per-Channel Diagnostics can be connected in parallel to achieve higher drive Open Load/Wire Detection currents.
