MAX15158/MAX15158A High-Voltage Multiphase Boost Controller General Description Benefits and Features MAX15158/MAX15158A is a high-voltage multiphase Wide Operating Range boost controller designed to support up to two MOSFET 8V to 76V Input Voltage Range for Booost drivers and four external MOSFETs in single-phase Configuration and -8V to -76V Input Voltage Range for Inverting-Buck-Boost Configuration or dual-phase boost/inverting-buck-boost configurations. Two devices can be stacked up for quad-phase operation. 3.3V to 60V Output Voltage Range on the Top of Input Voltage The output voltage of MAX15158 can be dynamically set through the 1V to 2.2V reference input (REFIN) for 120kHz to 1MHz Switching Frequency Range -40C to +125C Temperature Range modular design support. For MAX15158A the REFIN pin Single/Dual/Quad-Phase Operation is removed, and the internal 2.0V reference voltage is Active Phase Current Balance Control selected by default.
