MAX16140 nanoPower, Tiny Supervisor MAX16142 with Manual Reset Input General Description Benefits and Features The MAX16140/MAX16142 are ultra-low-current, single- 370nA Quiescent Current, Extends Battery Life channel supervisory ICs in a tiny, 4-bump, wafer-level Edge/Level Trigger MR Input package (WLP). The MAX16140/MAX16142 monitor the Factory-Set Reset Timeout Period V voltage from 1.7V to 4.85V in 50mV increments and CC asserts a reset when V voltage falls below the reset MR Debounce Circuitry CC threshold. The reset output remains asserted for the reset Factory-Set Threshold: 1.7V to 4.85V timeout period after the V voltage rises above the CC WLP factory-set V + V .
