MAX17502 60V, 1A, Ultra-Small, High-Efficiency, Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter General Description Benefits and Features Eliminates External Compo nents and Reduces Total The MAX17502 high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchro nous Cost step-down DC-DC converter with integrated MOSFETs No Schottky-Synchronou s Operation for High operates over a 4.5V to 60V input voltage range. This Efficiency and Reduced Cost device is offered in a fixed 3.3V , 5V or adjustable output voltage (0.9V to 92%V ) while delivering up to 1A of Internal Compensation and Feedback Divider for IN current.
