MAX17623 and Adjustable 0.8V to 3.3V Output MAX17624 are high-frequency synchronous Himalaya 1% Feedback Accuracy step-down DC-DC converters with integrated MOSFETs Up to 1A Output Current and internal compensation. MAX17623 and MAX17624 Fixed 2MHz or 4MHz Operation have an input-voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V, supports up 100% Duty-Cycle Operation to 1A, and output voltage can be adjusted from 0.8V to Internally Compensated 3.3V.
