MAX17630 4.5V to 36V, 1A, High-Efficiency, Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter General Description Benefits and Features The MAX17630 is a high-efficiency, high-voltage, Reduces External Components and Total Cost synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with integrated No Schottky - Synchronous Operation MOSFETs operating over an input-voltage range of 4.5V Internal Compensation Components to 36V. It can deliver up to 1A current. The MAX17630 is All-Ceramic Capacitors, Compact Layout available in three variants, MAX17630A, MAX17630B, Reduces Number of DC-DC Regulators to Stock and MAX17630C. The MAX17630A and MAX17630B Wide 4.5V to 36V Input are fixed 3.3V and fixed 5V output parts, respectively.
