Additionally, an on-board LED -40C to +105C Operating Temperature Range driver provides visual feedback of the logic state of the 1F Capacitive Load Drive Capability sensor DO output. Fast Demagnetization of Inductive Loads Robust protection enables the MAX22520 to function in Small Form Factor for Compact Designs harsh industrial environments. DO, V , and GND are CC Ultra-Small (2mm x 2.5mm) 20-bump WLP all protected against hot-plug events, 1kV/500 surge events, reverse-polarity, short circuits, and ESD strikes.
