MAX3232ECUE+T with Maxim Integrated RS-232 Interface IC 3-5.5V 250kbps Transceiver manufactured by Analog Devices is an integrated circuit that enables interface between 3-5.5V microcontroller UARTs and legacy RS-232 devices. It supports data rates up to 250kbps, while its low-power consumption, wide temperature range, low EMI, and robust signaling make it suitable for many applications. The circuit includes a charge-pump voltage converter capable of generating the negative power supplies necessary for RS-232 operation from a single positive supply up to 5.5V.
