EVALUATION KIT AVAILABLE MAX40201 Dual-Channel, 0V to 76V Current-Sense Amplifier General Description Benefits and Features The MAX40201 dual-channel, high-side, current-sense 0V to 76V Input Common Mode amplifier has V of less than 12V (max) and gain error OS Low 12V (max) Input Offset Voltage of less than 0.1% (max). The outputs of the MAX40201 Low 0.1% (max) Gain Error are voltage outputs capable of swinging to a few tens of millivolts of the V rail and ground. Gain Options DD G = 25V/V (MAX40201T) The MAX40201 features an input common-mode voltage G = 50V/V (MAX40201F) range from 0V to 76V with 80kHz of small-signal band- G = 100V/V (MAX40201H) width, which makes it ideal for interfacing with a SAR ADC G = 200V/V (MAX40201W) for multichannel multiplexed data acquisition systems. 1.3mm x 2mm 8-Bump WLP and 8-Pin MAX The MAX40201 operates over the -40C to +125C Packages temperature range.
