MAX4012/MAX4016/MAX4018/MAX4020 19-1246 Rev 3 8/04 Low-Cost, High-Speed, Single-Supply Op Amps with Rail-to-Rail Outputs General Description Features The MAX4012 single, MAX4016 dual, MAX4018 triple, Low-Cost and MAX4020 quad op amps are unity-gain-stable High Speed: devices that combine high-speed performance with Rail- 200MHz -3dB Bandwidth (MAX4012) to-Rail outputs. The MAX4018 has a disable feature that 150MHz -3dB Bandwidth reduces power-supply current to 400A and places its outputs into a high-impedance state. These devices (MAX4016/MAX4018/MAX4020) operate from a 3.3V to 10V single supply or from 1.65V 30MHz 0.1dB Gain Flatness to 5V dual supplies.
