Low noise, high gain, low group 18k (MAX40658) delay, and fast recovery from overload make these parts 36k (MAX40659) ideal for distance-measurement applications. 360MHz Minimum Bandwidth Important features include 45nA input-referred noise, RMS Internal Clamp For Input Current Up To 100mA an internal 100mA clamp, 18k (MAX40658) and 36k Offset Adjust Input (MAX40659) transimpedance, and greater than 360MHz bandwidth. An offset input allows adjustment of input offset 70mW Power Dissipation current. Operating from a +3.3V supply, the MAX40658 3.3V Operation and MAX40659 consume only 70mW.
