The MAX4080SASA+ is a current sense amplifier with voltage output produced by Analog Devices. The device is designed for high-side current sensing applications up to 76V, and provides a precision linear voltage output which corresponds to a sensed current, up to a full-scale accuracy of ±2%. It has a small, space-saving package size making it suitable for use in portable, handheld devices. The device offers features such as wide supply range (from 2.7V to 76V), extremely low quiescent current (2.5 µA), a fast settling time of 10µs, high common-mode rejection (CMR) of 150dB, and adjustable gain for precise application needs. The device also features a programmable current overload limit with latching capability to Enhance System Protection. The MAX4080SASA+ is also available with a wide-range of temperature grades to meet various customer requirements.
