MAX4238/MAX4239 Ultra-Low Offset/Drift, Low-Noise, Precision SOT23 Amplifiers General Description Benefits and Features The MAX4238/MAX4239 are low-noise, low-drift, ultra- DC Performance Ideal for High-Precision Sensor Interface high precision amplifiers that offer near-zero DC offset Ultra-Low, 0.1V Offset Voltage and drift through the use of patented autocorrelating 2.0V (max) at +25C 2.5V (max) at -40C to +85C zeroing techniques. This method constantly measures and compensates the input offset, eliminating drift over 3.5V (max) at -40C to +125C Low 10nV/C Drift time and temperature and the effect of 1/f noise. Both devices feature rail-to-rail outputs, operate from a single Low Noise: 1.5V from DC to 10Hz P-P 150dB AV , 140dB PSRR, 140dB CMRR 2.7V to 5.5V supply, and consume only 600A.
