If necessary, the user can override the +4.0955V (MAX5130) on-chip, <10ppm/C voltage reference with an external +2.04775V (MAX5131) reference. The MAX5131, operating on +3V, delivers its +2.04775V full-scale output with an internal precision ref- Built-In 10ppm/C (max) Precision Bandgap erence of +1.25V. Both devices draw only 500A of sup- Reference ply current, which reduces to 3A in power-down mode. +2.5V (MAX5130) In addition, their power-up reset feature allows for a user- +1.25V (MAX5131) selectable initial output state of either 0V or midscale and minimizes output voltage glitches during power-up.
