Dual, Ultra-Low-Power, MAX5532MAX5535 12-Bit, Voltage-Output DACs General Description Features The MAX5532MAX5535 are dual, 12-bit, ultra-low- Ultra-Low 5A Supply Current power, voltage-output, digital-to-analog converters (DACs) Shutdown Mode Reduces Supply Current to offering rail-to-rail buffered voltage outputs. The DACs 0.18A (max) operate from a 1.8V to 5.5V supply and consume less Single +1.8V to +5.5V Supply than 5A, making the devices suitable for low-power and Small 4mm x 4mm x 0.8mm Thin QFN Package low-voltage applications. A shutdown mode reduces overall Internal Reference Sources 8mA of Current current, including the reference input current, to just 0.18A.
