The MAX6126AASA25+T is a Ultra-High-Precision, Ultra-Low-Noise, Series Voltage Reference manufactured by Analog Devices. It is suitable for providing a single voltage source and/or highly accurate reference for applications such as data acquisition systems, digital-to-analog converters, and digital power supplies. It feature ±0.2mV initial accuracy (±0.25mV maximum over temperature) and 0.05ppm/°C drift that offers superior accuracy, precision and stability. It also offers a low-noise supply regulation of ±5ppm peak-to-peak and a fast settling time of 25µs for applications requiring low shock, fast transient response and high bandwidth. The device also offers immunity from EMI disturbances and supply transients. The MAX6126AASA25+T is internally trimmed to guarantee tight 0.1% accuracy over a wide temperature range. Additionally, it operates on a single 3V to 5.5V supply, and its tiny 6-Bump, 1.6mm × 1.6mm wafer-level package (WLP) provides a very small solution size.
