Battery-Backup Power Switching These parts provide four functions: 200A Quiescent Supply Current 1) A reset output during power-up, power-down, and 50nA Quiescent Supply Current in Battery- brownout conditions. Backup Mode 2) Battery-backup switching for CMOS RAM, CMOS P, Voltage Monitor for Power-Fail or Low-Battery or other low-power logic.
