MAX6627/MAX6628 Remote 1C Accurate Digital Temperature Sensors with SPI-Compatible Serial Interface General Description Benefits and Features Accuracy The MAX6627/MAX6628 precise digital temperature 1C (max) from 0C T +125C, T = +30C sensors report the temperature of a remote sensor. The RJ A 2.4C (max) from -55C T +100C, remote sensor is a diode-connected transistor, typically RJ 0C T +70C a low-cost, easily mounted 2N3904 NPN type that A replaces conventional thermistors or thermocouples.
