Proprietary IP provides industry-leading transient Gaming, Drones, Robots, Virtual Reality response, output voltage accuracy, high efficiency, and AI, Machine Vision, Embedded Microprocessors miniature PCB footprint. Benefits and Features 2 The output voltage is I C programmable from 0.25V to Operating Range 1.30V in 5mV steps. Output current capability is 16A. V : 2.7V to 4.8V Rotational phase spreading ensures high efficiency and IN V : 0.25V to 1.30V in 5mV Steps OUT low ripple at light loads with seamless operation across I : Up to 16A all varying loads. Turbo skip mode combines the same OUT transient response of forced-PWM mode with light load Fast Load-Transient Response efficiency similar to Skip mode. Soft-start and DVS ramp 25mV Droop in FPWM and Turbo-Skip Modes 2 rates are I C programmable and controlled through dedi- 40mV Droop in Skip Mode cated logic inputs. Conditions: 3.7V , 0.9V , 200mA to 9.2A IN OUT The MAX77874 is offered in a 48-bump, 0.35mm pitch Tight V Accuracy OUT WLP array and is specified over the -40C to +85C 0.28% (max) Initial Accuracy at 0.9V OUT temperature range. 1.5% (max) Over Line/Temperature 3mV (typ) Ripple at All Loads P-P Ordering Information appears and Benefits and Features continued at end of data sheet.
