MAX8069 19-0618 Rev 1 9/06 Low-Voltage Reference General Description Features The MAX8069 is a 1.2V temperature-compensated volt- Temperature Coefficient Guaranteed age reference. It uses the bandgap principle to achieve to 25ppm/C (max) excellent stability and low noise at reverse currents down to 60A. The MAX8069 also features excellent stability, Low Bias Current: 60A (min) freedom from oscillation. The MAX8069 is a functional Low Dynamic Impedance alternative to Maxims ICL8069 with an identical pinout.
